Wash your hands thoroughly.
Pour the amount of water warmed to 40°C into a clean bottle. Caution: to preserve the lactic ferments contained in the product, do not use water that is too hot.
Pour in the number of scoops indicated in the precautions, levelling the surface with the rim provided.
Close the bottle tightly and roll it vigorously between your hands. Then, to ensure that the powder is completely dissolved, shake the bottle vertically several times.
To control the temperature of the liquid, pour a few drops onto your wrist before giving the bottle to your baby. As soon as baby has finished feeding, carefully wash and rinse the bottle, ring and teat.
